If you want to take more responsibility for you fitness and health you should exercise 30 minutes each day. You have to have good eating habits and you have to watch your calories. Also try not to be stressed or have any tension what so ever. If you are angry you should do activities that you enjoy to calm you down. One more thing youm should always have is a schedule to plan your workout days.
