What is the difference between health-related and skill-related physical fitness?
For health related fitness you can do anything to stay fit,but with skill related fitness you have to have certain requirements.
What are the health-related components of physical fitness?
The healthonents are flexibility, muscular strength, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular- related comp endurance.
What are the skill-related components of physical fitness?
The skill-related components are balance, agility, coordination, power, speed, and reaction time.
Why does a person not have to be good athelete to be physically fit?
You do not have to play sports to be physically fit. You could always go for a walk, run a mile, or do push-ups and sit ups.
Why is it important to know your current level of health-related fitness?
If you do not know your level of fitness you will never know how good your health is and you will never know what you can accomplish.
