Health risk factors that can be controlled: Obesity, smoking, stress, lack muscles,and inactivity. Cant be controlled: Gender, age,and heredity.
What benefits are gained by exercising?
When you are exercising you are building muscle, relieving stress, improving health, gaining self control, and increasing energy. Also exercising helps you sleep better, help you stay focus during school, and increases life expantcy.
